Hotel will do its best to accommodate any additional requests for rooms up to three (3) days pre and three (3) days post the event dates. However, we are unable to guarantee them at the group rate.

Full Meeting includes all meetings and meals. Guests are eligible to attend breakfast, lunch, reception, banquet and hospitality suite only.Â

River Boat Tour $50Â Space is limited. (Wednesday, September 25 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Sit back and relax on an electric-powered river barge and enjoy a narrated tour of the historic riverwalk.
Briscoe Museum Tour $15Â (Thursday, September 26 starting at 1:30 PM)
Step inside the Briscoe Museum to experience the art and artifacts that bring the stores that shaped the west to life. The tour starts with a guide but there will be plenty of time to explore on your own.
